ECO - Engineering Change Order

ECO module designed to trace the activities performed in the BOM and to manage the implementation of the changes at a future date.
The module in the ERP system - Priority is relatively limited and it mainly deals with the logistics side.

The various projects for the implementation of the ECO module include:

2. Implementation the module in all the related departments in the company.
3. Writing work instruction.

Manage / tracking of Alternative Parts.
Bulk replacement of several items in several fathers.
Manage a new Parts.
Management of Documents.
Management of Procedures.
Management of Part Pricing.
Expanding the module to document the impacts and decisions that accompany ECO approval (include: ECR – Engineering Change request ).
Link / Interface with an Engineering system.
Interaction of work in two companies (engineering company, manufacturing company).
